This was an interesting video. Overall, the message I received from your PSA is that heart disease is a major, preventable disease, and that exercise helps control heart disease.
I know you were editing to meet time requirements, and you had to make some decisions. And, I honestly don't know what were the requirements of this PSA assignment; so, my review is based on if this was a PSA played on TV or at a Blades game, and this is my personal response to it.
I felt the graphs did not add any anything to your message. For all I know, those graphs could have been from this year's winter temperatures. They weren't explained, and I was left wondering why they were included. And, that was 1/3 of your allotted time for the PSA.
The choice of using a slow dissolve between your info boards (what not to eat, and so forth) was interesting. I found that the dissolve blended the letters/words from one board to the next, making reading them very difficult. Also, you rushed through that very useful information - 9 seconds isn't enough time to read through four info boards. Typically, such boards should have been up for a slow count of five. Would a cut been better? I don't know.
I really liked how you guys ended the PSA. It was a strong ending - exercise does help. That was the key message you wanted to convey, and you did it.
Great job. The information you had was useful and informative.
